24 songs of Latvian singers that will compete for Eusovision contest

Baltic news, News from Latvia, BNN.LV, BNN-NEWS.COM, BNN-NEWS.RUA total of 24 songs will compete with one another to be selected on the semi-finals in Riga to then represent Latvia on the Eurovision contest in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Out of 12 songs form each semi-final event, 6 will be selected to be performed in the finals in Ventspils February 22, as reported by organizers.

Eurovision 2014 will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark. Semi-finals are scheduled for May 6 and 8. The finals will be held May 10.

Here is a list of songs and performers who will compete to represent Latvia on Eurovision:

1st semi-finals:

1.’Dejo Tā’ by DJ Dween and Sabīne Berezina. Music by Kaspars Dvinskis, lyrics by Sabīne Berezina and Kaspars Dvinskis.

Starting this week, Biļešu Serviss begins selling tickets for the semi-finals in Riga Palladium concert hall for February 1 and 2. Concerts will begin at 21:00 on both these days. Price of one ticket is EUR 7.
