-Ziemelblazma Culture Palace holds New Year’s Concert Operetta.

-Forum Cinema holds the premiere of the first Latvian-made 3D film Riga-2014.

-Riga Evangelical Lutheran Church holds a concert, featuring performances by Elina Simkus, Zanda Svede, Mati Turi, Pauls Putnins, Boys’ Choir of Dome Cathedral and Sinfonietta Riga orchestra.

-Latvian Community House in Riga holds a New Year’s concert of Latvian composers. Participants include Laila Liepina Southarde, Nauris Indzeris, Latvian Choir of New York, Fortius Choir, Youth Choir Balsis and Chamber Orchestra of Latvian National Opera.

-In the Latvian Community House in Liepaja there will be the New Year’s gala-concert ‘Bevo al tuo fresco sorriso…’ Performers include Anta Jankovska, Olga Barishmane, Anzella Goba, Kalvis Kalnins and Olga Moskalenova.

-Riga Congress Hall holds a concert by Melo-M cello group, who will present their new concert show ‘From the woods, we come’.

Tuesday, December 30th:

-Latvian National Opera holds a New Year’s concert, featuring orchestra, choir and stars of the opera.

-Latvian National Theatre holds the premiere of M.Bulgakov’s “A Young Doctor’s Notebook” play.

-Latvian National Theatre holds the premiere of Janis Jurkalns’ “Cuckoo clock”.

-Dailes theatre holds a New Year’s concert organized and directed by Gundars Silakaktins.

-Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Anne in Jelgava holds a special New Year’s concert ‘My hand in Yours…’ by Rezija Kalnina and Uldis Marhidevics.

-Latvian National Symphonic Orchestra plays Leonards Bernstains’ ‘Wonderful Town’ musical in the Large Guild.

Wednesday, December 31st:

-Dome Cathedral in Riga holds a concert ‘Farewells under the sound of organ’ by Larisa Bulava, Vita Kalnciema, Lilita Ozola, Ilze Reine and Ligita Sneibe.

-Russian group Arkona performs in Melnā Piektdiena club.

-Celebrations of New Year on the November 11th Waterfront.

Friday, January 2nd:

-Performers of Latvian National Opera present ‘Nabucco’ by G.Verdi in the embassy of Latgalia.

-Opening of the Youth Theatre in Riga Concert Hall with a premiere of a special music performance ‘Once again, Pif’.
