Every fourth Latvian resident would gladly use the opportunity to combine a business trip with leisure. One-third of residents say their employer’s policy does not allow it, according to the latest Latvia Tours Travel Index.

Unemployment in Latvia declines 0.4 percentage points

In Q3 2017 Latvian unemployment rate constituted 8.5 %. Compared to the previous quarter, unemployment rate decreased by 0.4 percentage points, whereas, compared to the same period of the year before – by 1.0 percentage points.
