PMB bans LIDA to conclude 75 000 lats worth agreement on coaching services

The Procurement Monitoring Bureau has prohibited the Latvian Investment and Development Agency to conclude the 75 000 lats worth general agreement with the law office BDO Zelmenis&Liberte and SIA Con Fide on coaching services, according to the published ruling on the PMB’s website.
