Wednesday, 25 May:

Foreign Affairs Ministry hosts a discussion of topical matters in the sphere of trans-Atlantic trade and investment partnership between the EU and USA.

-Annual Agile Day Riga 2016 IT-conference in Islande Hotel.

-Education and Science Minister Karlis Sadurskis reads a lecture at Riga Technical University titled ‘The book of nature is written in the language of mathematics, we have to learn to read it’.

Thursday, 26 May:

-Foreign Investors’ Council in Latvia presents a study about the look of foreign investors on Latvia’s grey economy at Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija.

-Meeting of shareholders of Reverta.

-Stockholm School of Economics in Riga hosts an investment session, during which authors of ideas will meet with business angels.

-Finance Minister Dana Reizniece-Ozola hosts a meeting of the sub-council for budget-tax policy of the National Trilateral Cooperation Council.

Friday, 27 May:

-Agriculture Ministry hosts an annual meeting of the Advisory Council for long-term use and management of internal and marine water resources in Latvia.

-Construction State Office hosts an informative seminar for construction professionals. During the seminar, information will be provided on new methods for monitoring of public structures and new guidelines for construction examinations.

-Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia reports data on construction costs in April 2016 and Latvia’s population change in 2015.
