Social network Facebook has created a new iPhone app Facebook Camera where one can shoot, filter, and share single or sets of photos and scroll through a feed of photos uploaded to Facebook by one’s friends.

Camera shows images taken by one’s Facebook friends, in the order that they were taken. One can “Like” them or comment on them. It is also possible to sift through one’s own galleries.

It’s important to note that there’s very little integration here with the existing social network app; these photo tweaking features are not seen in the Photo section of the Facebook app, Hothardware.com reported.

The app is available for free, however only to iPhone users in English speaking countries. It will become internationally available as soon as Facebook gets it translated.

Experts say that Camera is much like the existing app Instagram, but Facebook Camera is better because it allows to share several photos in one single post, making photo stories. Still, the quality of photos is not so good as with Instagram, Techcrunch.com reported.

Currently there are three Facebook mobile apps — the primary one, Facebook Messenger, and now Facebook Camera.

Aldaris and Latvenergo at the top of sustainability index
