Lembergs’ daughter founds new company

Latvian politician, who is being accused of serious crimes, Aivars Lembergs’ daughter – Liga Lemberga – founds a new company – Osmium Holdings. According to Lursoft, 100% of Osmium Holdings belong to Liga Lemberga, who is the only Board member in this company.

The new company is registered in Riga, in some apartment on Terbatas Street; its base capital is 500 thousand LVL. Osmium Holdings was formed as a result of the organization in LSF Holdings. Iridium Holdings, also registered in Riga on Doma Square also detached from LSF Holdings with a base capital of 500 thousand LVL. It was also registered on June 15, and its only Board member is Alexei Ovods, Dienas Biznes writes.

Official registration data shows that Liga Lemberga is also a Board member at VB holdings, where she owns 14.29% of shares and at ALA Investments. Liga Lemberga also has a marriage contract with Janis Austrins, who is the owner of Piltnes mezi, Stella Associates and 8.71% of shares at Baltimar VT. These three companies are all registered in Riga, in an apartment on Terbatas Street.

There were also changes made to the list of owners of LSF Holding on June 15 – now, 50% of the holding belong to Inkasso Centrs, and the other half – to Anrijs Lembergs. Chairman of the company is Edgars Jansons, Ansis Sormulis and Andris Vilcmeiers are members of the Board. The only owner of Inkasso Centrs is Janis Jurkans, with Ugis Grauds as member of the Board.
