Friday, September 14:
- Latvian President Andris Berzins awards the Order of Viesturs to the retired Army General Egons Rams and the Italian Defence Minister, Navy Admiral Giampaolo Di Paola. Then Berzins takes part in the opening of the Riga Conference.
- Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis meet with Bernard Cazeneuve, French Minister Delegate for European Affairs.
