SEB Bank is recognized as the best bank of Latvia

The Global Finance business and finance magazine recognized SEB Bank as the best bank of Latvia in their «World’s Best Emerging Banks in Central & Eastern Europe 2012» research. SEB Bank in Lithuania received the same recognition.

This is the nineteenth year when this magazine determines the best banks in Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe. In order to choose the best bank in all 22 countries of Central and Eastern European region, the Global Finance magazine, in cooperation with field experts, managers, bank consultants and analysts looked at the following criteria: the bank’s asset increase, income, strategic partnership, customer service quality, the introduction of competitive prices, innovative products and services.

«The international recognition by Global Finance in evidence enough that SEB Bank activities and service quality adheres to the international banking service criteria», – the satisfied SEB Bank President Ainars Ozols says.

The international business magazine Global Finance was founded in 1987 and now has over 284 thousand readers in 158 countries, most of which are business and organization managers as well as finance specialists.
