Zatlers Reform Party changes name and logo

Today, April 21, Zatlers Reform Party (ZRP) is holding a general meeting in the Latvian city of Koknese.
Party member and Minister of Foreign Affairs Edgars Rinkevics confirms on his Twitter account that the party has changed its name to Reform Party.
The party also changed its logo, abandoning the red cross.
A repeated general meeting does not require a quorum, so it is expected that all the decisions on the agenda will be taken, ZRP spokeswoman Daiga Holma told LETA.

Alcohol buyers under the age of 25 will be required to present IDs
The Latvian Saeima has approved amendments to the Alcohol Circulation Law that will limit alcohol consumption rates among young people. Amendments state that buyers of alcoholic drinks who are 18 to 25 years old will be obligated to present IDs when buying alcohol.
