Police launch criminal prosecution for contraband of 11.5 million cigarettes

On 27 April, Latvian prosecutor’s office received materials from the State Revenue Service’s Customs Police regarding the contraband of 11.5 million cigarettes from Russia to Latvia. Customs Police asked the prosecutor’s office to launch criminal prosecution.
